Obituary of Marie T. Ferrante

Marie Tressa Ferrante “Sis” (nee De Lorenzo), 90 Boonton Township, New Jersey Marie Tressa Ferrante “Sis”, (nee De Lorenzo) passed away on Sunday September 29, 2013 at Franciscan Oaks Health Center, in Denville. She was born and raised in East Paterson; living in Boonton Township for 40 years, then to Rockaway and back to Boonton Township, a year ago. Marie was a retired Supervisor for Johanson Manufacturing, of 25 years. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughter’s of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Boonton and a Girl Scout Troop Leader, in Boonton. Marie was the beloved wife of the late Charles T. Ferrante; loving mother of Nadine Manzi and her husband David, Patricia Ferreri, Cynthe Venturini and her husband Thomas; cherished grandmother of Kenneth, Eric and Caroline; and loving sister of the late Lawrence De Lorenzo. Visitation will only be held on the morning of Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main St. in Boonton from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, then to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 910 Birch St., in Boonton for a 10:30 Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, in Paterson.
