Obituary of Juanita R Galluzzi

Juanita R. Galluzzi, 88, of Boonton Township, NJ passed away on March 22, 2017 at Merry Heart of Boonton Township. Juanita was born in Morristown, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Boonton Township. Juanita was extremely devoted to her Roman Catholic faith, particularly active at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and School. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters, Rosary Altar Society, and also served as a Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Finance Committee and worked in the thrift shop and school library. Juanita was also very active at Morris Catholic High School. In her Boonton community, Juanita was a member of the Historical Society and President of the Garden Club and member since 1956. She was both a Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader and earned a Master Gardner certification. Juanita was active with the Frelinghuysen Arboretum. Juanita was predeceased by her beloved husband John F. Galluzzi, her mother Elisa Ringleib, her father William Ringleib Sr., and her brother William Ringleib Jr. She is survived by her loving children Greg Galluzzi and his wife Karen, Gina Stickle and her husband Jeff and Gary Galluzzi and his wife Noelle. Juanita is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Hayley, Meagan, Allie, Leanna, Danielle and John. Juanita was a caring aunt to many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday March 26, 2017 from 2-6 PM at The Dangler Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street Boonton, NJ 07005. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 910 Birch Street, Boonton, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Juanita's name to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School 205 Oak Street, Boonton, NJ. Interment will follow immediately at St. Mary's Cemetery in Boonton.
