Robert Parker posted a condolence

I worked with Zac in the 1980's when he came to London whilst he was working for Time LIFE.
We shared dinner a number of times at a restaurant in Berkeley Square. At the time I was working ( amongst other things ) on a major exhibition which was to tour the USA. He said to me very quietly one evening 'Robert, I am a great believer that in your working life you should only do one thing, and should do it extremely well' I admired him greatly. ( I am now 80 years old )

Sending our deepest sympathies for this sudden loss.
Zach lived with such passion and appreciation for art, for his family, for Marilyn, for literature, for conversation, for travel, for culture, for all that affirms life is meaningful and worth living to its fullest. He taught by example that life is full of dignity, beauty, and joy.
"Great Nature has another thing to do
To you and me; so take the lively air,
And, lovely, learn by going where to go."
from Theodore Roethke's "The Waking"
Love,
Maura, Sibel, and Gokhan
