Obituary of Richard W. Hennessy

Richard W. Hennessy Jr., 81, of Boonton, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Care One in Parsippany Troy Hills. He was born in Morristown and lived in Boonton. Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 11, 2015 from 2 to 6 PM at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton. A graveside service will be held 10 AM Thursday, March 12, 2015 at St. Mary's Cemetery, in Boonton. Letter of condolences may be posted at www.danglerlewisandcareyfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's name to your favorite charity. Richard proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a mailman for the United States Postal Service in Boonton; and retired after 30 years, in 1990. He also worked for JCP&L from 1993-2002. He was predeceased by his parents Richard W. Hennessy and Marie (nee Cunningham) Hennessy.
