Obituary of Helen A. Strelic

Helen A. Strelic, Age 92, Boonton, NJ Helen A. Strelic (nee Fetchik), 92, of Boonton, passed away on December 28, 2013 at the Morris Hills Center, in Morristown. She was born in Parsippany and resided in Boonton most of her whole life. She was a dedicated home maker and worked part time at the Boonton Holmes Library. Helen was a member of the National Sokol in Boonton and the Boonton Catholic Sokol. Helen was the beloved wife of the late John P. Strelic, Sr.(1984); loving mother of Maryann Bell and her husband Thomas, from Moravia, NY, Barbara Bednar and her husband Mark, Ocean Pines Maryland; and John P. Strelic, Jr.from Boonton; dear sister of the late Anna Fallat and Josephine Chop and Margaret Krisanda; cherished grandmother of Thomas Jr, Matthew, Michael, Jennifer and Mark; and great grandmother of Sophia, Natalia and Bram. Funeral Services will be Saturday , January 4, 2014 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at Dangler Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton, with a prayer service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery, in Boonton.
