Obituary of Yolanda Bonanni

Yolanda Bonanni, 92 Yolanda Bonanni, 92, of Boonton passed away on Tuesday February 18, 2015. A memorial Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday February 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 910 Birch Street in Boonton. Arrangements have been entrusted to Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton. Yolanda was born, raised and was a lifelong proud resident of Boonton. She worked as the office manager for the Boonton Board of Education for 46 years before retiring in 1990. Yolanda was a longtime member of the Catholic Daughters of America, and volunteered at the Thrift Shop both at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, as well as an active member of the Boontonites. Yolanda always tried to make a difference by giving to many charities. She always made it a point to visit any of her friends who were hospitalized or shut in, often bringing her delicious homemade foods. She never refused a request from her friends for any type of assistance, and had a heart as big as they come. Yolanda was the beloved daughter of Eusebio and Rosa (nee Lauri) Bonanni. Loving sister of Edith Bacchetta and the late Gabriel Bonanni. Cherished Aunt of 3 nephews and 2 nieces. Great aunt of 13 and great- great aunt of 3.
