Obituary of Mary Drury

Mary Drury (nee Flynn), Age 91, West Orange, NJ Mary Drury (nee Flynn), 91, of West Orange, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2014 at the Health Center At Bloomingdale. She was born and raised in Ballaghadereen, County Roscommon, Ireland; living in England before moving to West Orange, NJ in 1955. She worked and retired from the Overbrook Hospital in Cedar Grove, as a Nursing Assistant for 15 years. Mary was a member of Our Lady of the Lourdes Rosary Altar Society, Irish American Association of the Oranges, the Roscommon Society of NY and Camboni Missionaries of Montclair. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Peter Drury; loving mother of Michael and his wife Lynn, Ann Mc Loughlin and her husband Michael, and Maggie Harryman and her late husband Mark; dear sister of the late Michael Flynn, Shelila Sharkey and P.J. Flynn; cherished grandmother of Dan, Tim, Kevin, John, Brendan, Jack , Grace and the late Lizzy. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 8:30 AM at Dangler Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton, with a 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Magnificat Church, 2 Miller Road, Kinnelon NJ. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, in Montclair. Relatives and friends may visit on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 4 - 8 PM at the funeral home.
