Obituary of Christina Marie Tomalo

Christina M. Tomalo, 74 of Boonton passed away at home Monday January 13, 2025.

Visitation will be held on Sunday January 19, 2025 from 3-7 PM at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday January 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Saint Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church 215 Hill St. Boonton, NJ 07005. Interment will follow at Saint Cyril and Methodius Cemetery on Pine Street in Boonton.

Born in Morristown Christina was raised in Boonton before moving to Montville in 1977 then moving back to Boonton in 2016. Christina worked at Montville High School in the cafeteria for many years before retiring. Christina enjoyed spending time with her husband whether it was an impromptu afternoon at the casino, going on a cruise vacation, a long weekend at Lake George, or just a simple car ride to the deli for her daily lottery tickets. She enjoyed watching many great nieces and nephews grow throughout the years. She also loved any time spent with her granddaughters Lena and Emily.

Christina was the beloved wife of Edward Tomalo.Loving mother of David E. and Edward J Cherished sister of the late Joseph Sparone, Annmarie Lomberk and Maryann Welz. Grandmother to Lena and Emily Tomalo. Survived and loved by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
