A Life well lived. Will be remembered as the best & nicest Teacher of all my school years, from back in 1973.She gave us all a good amount of home work, which was helpful in our later all around success in life. She was very disciplined as a teacher, Yet allowed a little room for fun in class, providing you studied and gave it your best, Will always remember when Mrs Castellucci, Had some fun in front of the entire class, when she Called me By my first name,Kenny, would you please come up here , next to me,and then she took out a quarter from her desk drawer and asked me if I could take the quarter & role it down my farhead, and down my entire nose,& so she first demonstrated this stunt,& asked me to close my eyes & try it,Well what I did not know ,was that, while I had my eyes closed , she was rolling the quarter plenty good on a ink Pad,and of course , no way could I ever suspected this, well I tried it once, & she said ,oh ,here nice & slowly can you once more give it a whirl,& all I can recall, was thee entire class was laughing very loud, & she said ,ok you can open your eyes now,Oh & why don't you go to the Mens room & take a look, & then Ah Ha , had found out what everyone was laughing ,non stop about, and that our {Teacher} had successfully did a funny trick ,without me being aware of it.
Some many years She I had called her up on Her Birthday Dec 9th , which somehow happened to be also my Birthday, well I had told her that all the terrific & tough teaching, she instilled even effected me in my carreer as a Custom Carpenter,& then she mentioned how her 2 nd Husband had always wanted a 1 car garage, and so I was Honored to soon after Plan & build them that 1 car garage, and how neat it was, working on my grammar school teachers home & having lunches with her while working.
May God's comfort be with all the family members & friends of Evelyn, with the joy in understanding, that we one day, will be reunited with our loved ones.
Love
Kenny & Mary Ellen Poh - Kenvil, NJ.

Evelyn was a kind and compassionate woman. She treated everyone with respect and warmth. I was blessed to teach with Evelyn at St. Cecelia’s in the early 1980’s. Evelyn was a tremendous mentor to me as I was just beginning my teaching career. Evelyn was also a beloved member of our family. We all loved her dearly and will miss her bright smile and warm hugs. The entire Kirby family sends our love and wishes for peace during this sad time. Evelyn will be in our heart forever! Love, Mark and Chrys-Ann

Mrs Castellucci will remain in my heart and mind as a loving, caring and favorite educator from St Cecilias. I can only imagine the warm welcome she received by those loved ones who greeted her at Heavens gate. God's Blessings on her, her family and all that she touched.
