Nicky’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

I grew up with Dom and he was such a good kid. We used to mess around a lot in the apartment complex we lived in for a long time and had a lot of laughs doing it. He definitely had a heart of gold and did anything for anyone who needed to be cheered up. I can't even tell you how many times I had to go to Dom for advice on whatever the situation I was dealing with and he was the first one to come to my apartment when I found out that my mom was going to rehab for her drug addictions and I was so lost, confused and hopeless and idk what he said to me but he cheered me up and I was able to get through the 3 years of not being able to see my mom until she came home in March of 2001. I owe a lot
To Dom for being there for me when I needed him the most. I cried when he graduated in 08 cause he was told by a lot of the teachers that he almost didn't make it to graduation but he did and I was so lost when he left Roxbury cause he was the reason why I had a lot of fun in school. I just hope that he's resting in peace and will be watching over all of us and that someday I will be reunited with him but until then I will continue to pray for the family and look after his brother Vinny.
