My deep sympathies on your loss. Phil and I were close colleagues and friends when we both worked for Admiral Hyman Rickover at The Office of Naval Reactors. Phil was a giant among those who initiiated the design and development of nuclear power plans for the US Navy’s ships. On many occasions he was of great help to me - always a true gentleman and delight to work with. Phil was an engineering genius, a great manager and an inspiration to all those who worked for and with him.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Phil's passing. He was truly a good and honorable man for whom I had a deep respect and admiration. He was a leader who lead by example and inspired people to "just do the right thing". He will be missed, but I look forward to some day working with him again on the other side. My deepest sympathy to those he leaves behind.

Dear Jeanne and Family,
As your neighbors and good friends for most of the last 45 years, we share your loss at the passing of Phil. He was one of those rare people, with a droll sense of humor, who truly made a difference, as a father, a force in the community and the church, and in the wider world. His work in the Navy, at TMI, and the nuclear industry as a whole have left a lasting mark. We, among his many friends, will miss him greatly, and we wish you and the family comfort and peace. We will see you at the memorial.
With love, Joe, Maggie and Sarah

It's hard to recall Phil Clark as an executive, but as a presence he was everything, a truly great man. And, largely as a result of his leadership, people are now anxious to keep TMI operating. My condolences to his family.

To the family of
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have taken comfort knowing that God . . . will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.”—Revelation 21:3, 4
The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope. As we have previously noted, the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future, not in an unknown heaven but right here on earth under peaceful, righteous conditions. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again. ‘But surely that is wishful thinking!’ some may say words of encouragement please go to JW.org for words of encouragement
Sincerely,
Roberta

I had the privilege and honor to work for Mr. Phil Clark starting right after the Three Mile accident and the GPUN formation. He always inspired us to respect nuclear power and respect the individuals we work with. I will NEVER forget his wisdom and work manners.
My sincere condolences to the family and may he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Clark family. I was just out of college when I worked in Communications at Three Mile Island and had the great privilege to work with "Mr. Clark" as I always called him. At a time when the main issue with GPU was integrity the company could not have been lead by a man who exemplified it better than him. He was a great leader who everyone looked up to. May God bless you all in this time of sorrow.

To my sister family, The Clarks
I ams so saddened for your loss. I loved Phil / your Dad like he was my own. He was a firm and steady hand in what was a pretty crazy world growing up. He was generous of spirit too.
And so funny in a droll, dry wit kind of way. What a man. I will miss his presence very much.
Jeanne, my heart is with you.
